Pedro Rodrigues Filho, also known as Pedrinho Matador (or Little Pedro the Killer/Killer Petey), took the law into his own hands by killing drug dealers, murderers and rapists. He served 45 years for 71 murders but claimed to have killed closer to 100 people. This vigilante killer even murdered his own father and allegedly ate his heart. Were his crimes justified, or was he simply a ruthless, bloodthirsty killer?
